CALI

Cali  is the Department of Valle del cauca's capital. It is the third most populous city in Colombia after Bogota and Medellin. The city was founded on July 25, 1536 by the Spanish conquer Sebastián de Belalcázar, who makes it one of the oldest cities in America.
